Today I have for you this adorable earpod case cover. I knew from the moment I bought mine that I had to make a crochet case for myself, and I wanted to share it with all of you! These are super fast to make, and you don’t need a lot of yarn, so they are perfect stash busters!

Chain 9

Row 1: SC on second stitch from the hook and all across (8 STS)

Row 2: CH 1, SC across (8 STS)

Row 3-7 repeat row 2 (8 STS)

Leave a long tail for sewing one side of the panel later.

Back Panel

Rows 1-7: same as front panel

Rows 8-13: Chain 1, SC across (8 STS)

Row 14: Dec in first 2 STS, SC in the next 4 STS, Dec in the last 2 STS.

Row 15: Dec in first 2 STS, SC in next 2 STS, Dec in the last 2 STS.

Row 16: Dec in first 2, and last 2 STS. tie off weave in ends.

note: The top pointy part of the back panel will naturally have a slight hole that will help you close your case.

Now have the back panel facing the right side and the front panel facing the wrong side.

Lines show where to whip stitch

Put the front panel on top of the back panel and whip stitch the sides and the bottom part leaving 3 stitches open. Now do the same on the opposite side of the case. Turn it inside out when you are finished.

This is how the bottom of the case should look like

Now sew your button about 3 rows down from the top of the first panel.

Now weave in all your ends, and it’s finished!

You can add a little tassel to the side if you want to like I did on mine, or you can leave it like that. I made mine out of embroidery floss, but you can make it out of yarn as well.
