1: Planoly
Remember when I said this would help your page look cohesive? Well, Planoly is excellent for that! With Planoly, you can schedule your Instagram posts and plan your grid before you post a pic to the gram. You can plan up to 30 posts a month with the free version. They do have an option to upgrade, but honestly, the free version is just as good!
2: Lisa- smart photo Assistant
Sometimes you can’t decide what picture to post on the gram, but don’t worry because Lisa is here to help you decide. Lisa tells you which of your photos get more interaction and increases your engagement by choosing the right picture to post. Lisa offers a free and paid version.
3: Lightroom
This one was a game-changer for me. I no longer have to spend so much time editing my photos. With the lightroom app, you can use presets that allow you to edit your photos with just one click! Isn’t that awesome! My favorite presets are from @louandmarks. I highly recommend them they are easy to use and are also really inexpensive. The lightroom app is free for mobile.
Here is my Spring Rebozo picture before and after being edited with a preset. Picture on the top before being edited. The results are amazing with just one click!
4: Canva
Canva is a graphic design platform that allows you to create social media graphics. If you don’t yet have this app, I recommend you get it ASAP! They have templates you can use for your Instagram posts or stories. I also use it for Pinterest and Etsy graphics. Out of all the apps, this is the one that will help you more with than just Instagram. Canva offers a free and paid version.
I used canva to create my Spring Rebozo graphic, and I do the same for all of my pinterest posts.
5: Hashtag expert for IG
Hashtags are one of the most important things for your Instagram account. That is how other users find you, and you should be using all 30 hashtags on your posts. I know it can be tough to come up with 30 hashtags for every post, and that is why you should try hashtag expert. I have only used the free version of this app, but there are more useful features if you get the premium version.
So here you have five apps to help you improve your Instagram account. I hope they are helpful to you, and remember consistency is key! Rome wasn’t built in one day!
