Hello friends! Today I’m going to show you how to make the extended half double crochet, not to be confused with the extended single crochet, which I have used before in recent patterns.
You can use this stitch for many projects! I think garments would look great with this stitch because it gives your piece a lovely drape, also is not as short as a regular half double crochet so, you can finish your project a lot quicker!

Extended half double crochet written instructions
ehdc – YO, insert hook into st, yo and pull through so there are three loops on hook, yo, pull through one loop leaving three loops on hook, yo and pull through three loops to finish st.
