Hi friends! Welcome back to my blog! I would love to introduce you to The Toasty Cowl!
I created this cowl to match the Toasty Twist Headband and if you haven’t made that yet, click here to get the pattern!
The Toasty Cowl uses the extended single crochet, and it’s only a one-row repeat making it perfect for beginners!

Materials
- 1 skein of bulky yarn size 5
- 7.00 mm crochet hook
- scissors
- measuring tape
crochet terms
- ch-chain
- esc- extended single crochet click here for a video tutorial on how to do the extended single crochet by Cobalt Crochet Tutorials.
- ss- slip stitch
- ( )- stitches at the end of the row
finished size
27 inches in circumference
12 inches tall
Pattern
Ch 26
Row 1: Make an esc on the second chain from the hook and all across. Ch 1 turn. (25 sts)
Row 2: 1 esc in every stitch across, ch 1 turn. (25sts)
Row 3-49 repeat row 2 (25 sts)
leave a long tail and fasten off after row 49. Fold your cowl in half and whip stitch the two ends together. You can also use SS to close your cowl.
