Skill Level: Beginner
Materials:
- 1 skein of color made easy bulky size 5 (1 skein makes 2 adult headbands)
- 7.00 mm crochet hook
- scissors
- measuring tape
Crochet Terms:
- ch-chain
- esc- extended single crochet
- ss- slip stitch
- ( )- stitches at the end of the row
Notes
chain 1 does not count as a stitch
Gauge & Finished Dimensions
9 Esc x 7 rows = 4.25″ wide x 4″ tall.
Adult finished size: 19 inches long
Pattern (Adult)
Ch 10
Row 1: Make an esc on the second chain from the hook and all across the band. Ch 1 turn. (9 sts)
Row 2: 1 esc in every stitch across. Ch 1 turn.(9 sts)
Row 3-34 repeat row 2
Now grab the left side bottom corner of the band and twist it like the pictured below.
Grab the two ends and slip stitch, or whip stitch them together.
After that weave in your ends turn your headband inside out and you are all done!
