Are you looking for a quick and easy project to make this winter? The Juniper Beanie is the perfect crochet pattern for you!
Like most of my patterns, this beanie was made for beginners in mind, using the extended half double crochet and only one- row repeat!
I used the Just Yarn from Dollar Tree and I really enjoyed working with this yarn. It gave the perfect drape to my beanie, and its SO soft as well!

Round 1: Turn hat inside out, attach the yarn on the opposite end of your hat, (finger pointing at the brim) and chain 1. Sc around evenly until you reach the ch 1. SS to chain 1.
Round 2: Ch 1, 1 sc in every stitch around. fasten off and weave in ends.
Closing The Top
Go in and out of the top of the hat with the strand of yarn that you previously used to whip stitch your hat together. (the strand to the opposite side of the brim) pull tightly and weave the ends.
With the help of your hook, insert the pom pom, and tie it from the inside of the hat. Weave in your ends and you are all done!
